Building organized political power for American Freedmen
For 150 years, American Freedmen have possessed constitutional rights on paper while lacking the organized political power to enforce them. We vote, but often without strategy. We protest, but without converting outrage into sustained organizing. We celebrate victories that evaporate the moment public attention shifts.
Be The Power exists to correct this imbalance. We are the political mobilization infrastructure for American Freedmen—the descendants of persons emancipated in the United States following chattel slavery.
We organize American Freedmen into a permanent political force that delivers decisive vote margins, recruits trained candidates, and builds economic institutions. Not slogans. Not symbolism. Power.
